3. NationalTrace — Electoral Records Data

NationalTrace provides access to publicly available Guyana electoral registry data. Please note the following:

The electoral records accessible through NationalTrace are sourced from publicly available government data and are provided for lawful investigative, professional, and identity verification purposes only.
Access to NationalTrace is restricted to verified, paying subscribers who have agreed to our Acceptable Use terms.
All searches are logged and associated with the subscriber’s account. These logs may be reviewed in the event of suspected misuse or in response to a lawful request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
IIS Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of electoral records, which may reflect data at the time of the last electoral registration update.
Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of NationalTrace data complies with all applicable laws, including the Data Protection Act of Guyana.

4. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
