- Access to NationalTrace is restricted to verified, paying subscribers who have agreed to our Acceptable Use terms.
- All searches are logged and associated with the subscriber’s account. These logs may be reviewed in the event of suspected misuse or in response to a lawful request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- IIS Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of electoral records, which may reflect data at the time of the last electoral registration update.
- Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of NationalTrace data complies with all applicable laws, including the Data Protection Act of Guyana.
4. Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
